Workshop Fun & Safety Guidelines

I can’t wait to see you at the workshop! To make sure everyone has a safe, happy, and smooth experience, here’s what we ask of you:

Supervision & Safety

  • Children must always be supervised by an adult during the workshop.

  • Adults are responsible for supervising children using the toilets and keeping the area clean.

  • Food and outside drinks aren’t allowed in the workshop space (except for water) to help keep everyone safe from allergies.

  • Shoes must stay on at all times—we want to keep those toes protected!

  • Large items like prams, coats, and bags can be stored in our designated area. Please fold down prams if possible so we can make space for everyone. Note: The workshop door will be closed during sessions, but we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged items.

workshop Rules

  • Group size limit: We have a maximum of 10 children per session to ensure a fun and safe environment.

  • Clean-up time: After your session, please leave the play area promptly so we can clean and prepare for the afternoon. We’ll play a little song to help little ones know it’s time to go—we get it, leaving can be tough!

  • Photos & videos: You’re welcome to take pictures or videos of your own children or your group for personal use. Please don’t take photos or videos of other children or visitors without permission, and never for commercial purposes without asking first.

  • Nappy changes must be done in the shopping centre toilets

  • Accidents, spills, or injuries? Let a member of our team know straight away—we’re here to help!

your responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Follow these guidelines at all times during your visit.

  • Ensure all children in your group are supervised by an adult and that everyone plays kindly and inclusively.

  • Only attend if no one in your group is unwell or has been unwell in the last 24 hours.

  • Report any accidents, spills, or breakages to our staff immediately.

our right to refuse entry

Suzie (or our team) may ask anyone not following these guidelines to leave the workshop for the safety and enjoyment of others.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know life happens, and kids can be unpredictable! Here’s our policy:

  • Refunds aren’t available, but rescheduling is—as long as there’s space in another session.
